chops, fresh fish and seafood. House specialties include prime rib, a 24 oz.
porterhouse steak, hearth roasted cedar planked salmon, and the chef's
special wood-grilled frenched pork chops. Guests can whet their appetite with
delicious appetizers such as crab cakes with grilled corn & tomatilla
salsa or home made open hearth baked pizzas.
