Selected as Hospitality Professional of the Year by the Baltimore Academy of Travel and Tourism, Ed Prutzer has served as General Manager of the Rusty Scupper since 1992.
Ed is known for his commitment to the customer. He is often seen helping guests plan both their meals and their evenings. With an encyclopedic knowledge of everything Baltimore, Ed is the go-to resource for many of Baltimore’s visitors who start at the Rusty Scupper and end up experiencing a Baltimore they never knew existed.
When not serving guests at the Rusty Scupper, Ed can be found engaged in support of charities which reflect his personal passion to contribute to a thriving Baltimore.
