A native of New Jersey, Ms. Hayes has called Baltimore her home for more than 15 years and resides with her husband of 10 years and their young son. For over a decade she has been successful in the hospitality and sales industry. She is a multi-year member of the Rusty Scupper sales team and is currently affiliated with Visit Baltimore, Fort McHenry Business Association, Downtown Partnership, and Baltimore Tourism Association.

Ms. Hayes brings a wonderful energy with her wherever she goes. Creative and caring, attentive and understanding, she treats every event as if it were her own. With the amazing backdrop of Baltimore Inner Harbor and a personalized menu, she is able to make your event one to remember.
